- Ambil wadah lain, mixer putih telur, air jeruk nipis sampai berbusa, masukkan gula pasir secara bertahab 1/3 bagian, sampai habis. Dan adonan sampai putih, kaku.
- Ambil 1/3 bagian adonan putih telur kedalam adonan pertama, bertahab 3x,aduk pake spatula dgn teknik aduk balik.siapkan loyang yg sdh alasi kertas roti.
- Tuang adonan dlm cetakan.oven pada suhu 170° dgn sisten AU BAIN MARIE (alasi loyang dgn loyang yg lebih besar diisi air 1.5 cm, jd posisi loyang terendam air sedikit. Oven ±40 mnt.
