- (Bahan B) siapkan wadah, masukkan putih telur dan perasan lemon, mixer sampai berbuih, kemudian masukkan gula dengan 3 tahap, mixer sampai kaku atau softpeak.
- Kemudian masukkan bahan B ke wadah bahan A dengan 3 tahap dan aduk secara perlahan.
- Setelah itu masukkan ke dalam loyang yang sudah dilapisi kertas kue atau margarin dengan mentega.
- Masukkan ke dalam oven yang sudah ada loyang lebih besar daripada loyang utama yang berisi air panas 1,5 cm (teknik Au Bain Marie).
- Oven dengan suhu 160° selama 35 menit atau sesuai oven masing-masing.
- Setelah matang, keluarkan kue dari loyang, tunggu dingin dan siap dihias.
