I baked a Pandan ogura cake today n recipe called for soft peak n I m v sure mine is soft peak. When I overturned the bowl, the meringue stayed n I was a bit confused as I m v sure I didn't beat till firm yet. Can I ask why my cake didn't rise like yours since my meringue is beat till soft peak?
I tried to make pandan extract and use it on Pandan Ogura Cake.you may use pandan juice instead.

- Siapkan 1/4 sdt garam.
- Kamu butuh 85 gr gula pasir.

- Masukan bahan A ke dalam mangkuk, kocok dgn menggunakan wishk. Sisihkan..
- Sambil menunggu, panaskan oven kompor. Tunggu sampai panas kira2 10-15menit agar panas merata..
- Kocok putih telur,jeruk nipis,garam menggunakan mixer dgn kecepatan kecil sampai berbusa. Masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit,gunakan speed tinggi sampai mengembang kaku(softpeak)..
- Tambahkan ke bahan A sedikit demi sedikit menggunakan spatula,aduk dengan teknik aduk balik..
- Siapkan loyang persegi 21x14x7,5cm,,beri alas kertas roti agar mudah d ambil dari loyang. Masukan adonan ke atas loyang yg sudah dberi alas roti. Krna memanggang bolu menggunakan teknik 'au bean marie',jika menggunakan loyang sambungan,beri alumunium foil dbawah loyang agar air tidak merembes. Susun d atas loyang yg lebih lebar yg kemudian dberi air..
- Panggang dalam waktu 55-60menit..
- Setelah matang,angkat,potong2 sesuai selera. Siap d hidangkan..
