- Siapkan bahan A.
- Siapkan 5 kuning telur.
- Bunda butuh 1 Telur utuh.
- Siapkan 65 g tepung gandum.
- Siapkan 2 lembar keju kraf slice.
- Bunda butuh Bahan B.
- Bunda butuh 60 ml Susu full cream.
- Siapkan 60 g Butter di lelehkan.
- Bunda butuh 1 sdt Vanila extrax.
- Bunda butuh Bahan C.
- Siapkan 5 putih telur.
- Bunda butuh 80 g gula pasir.
- Kamu butuh 1/2 sdt Cream of tar tar.
- Anda butuh Garam.

Langkah-langkah buat Ogura cake b,day
- Mixer semua bahan a dan b sampai halus lalu masukkan tepung ya bund😊 Kurleb 1 menit.
- Kocok Putih telur dan cream of tar tar hingga berbuih lalu masukkan gula perlahan mixer sampai kaku berjejak ya bundsay kurleb 15 menit.
- Setelah berjejak campurkan putih telur dengan adonan yg pertama tadi dengan spatula aduk dengan tehnik melipat ya bund say☺ setelah merata tuang ke loyang ukuran 22 cm Yg sudah di alasi kertas roti, tp aku pakai 20 cm krn gak ada lagi😅😅.
- Oven dengan suhu 170 kurleb 45 menit dengan menggunakan teknik Au Bain Marie. Ya bund say.

Ogura cake is something like chiffon cake but the texture is much moisture, probably is the reason of steam bake. I don't appreciate ogura cake but chiffon, I don't know why?! However, using it as a cake base for celebration cake or added with fresh cream and berries to become a layer cake could change my appetite. The Ogura cake texture is probably the cross-breed of a steam cake and a chiffon cake.
