  5. Siapkan loyang 18 cm oles mentega secukupnya dan lapisi dengan alas roti, tuangkan kedalam loyang.
  6. Panggang dengan metode au bain marie, kalau pakai loyang biasa lapisi luar loyang dengan alumunium foil, panggang 50-60 menit.
  7. Setelah matang tes tusuk, kalau sudah matang diamkan dalam oven selama 5 menit, kemudian baru dikeluarkan dari loyang dan dinginkan dicooling rak.
